    Rich Theil is the IT Director at Crossroads church where he invests his time crafting a thriving team culture. After graduating from Miami University and spending 7 years at P&G, he made the leap to Crossroads and has led Crossroads IT for the past 11 years. Rich led the Crossroads agile transformation beginning in ~2014. Rich is married, has 3 kids, and his life's work is to turn the world into a team on a mission.

    Our job as leaders is to cast big vision, then construct the team that can deliver that vision. Individual health and team culture are the foundation to a healthy agile team. Getting those two things right will build a wonderful team that lets you do more than you thought possible.

    Kathy Willwerth is a Project Management Specialist with Great American Insurance.  Kathy has been at GAIG for 21 years in various roles and has been in the Data team for 7 years.  GAIG has been doing agile in various forms across the IT organization for many years, however the Data team just began its transformation mid-2016.
