    • Review Change Management Best Practices

      • To build the business case for why managing change is important to project success

      • To reinforce foundational principles so that participants understand the role that communication, involvement and leadership play during change

    • The Change Management Methodology and Tools

      • To introduce participants to the Change Management 101 Methodology

      • To help participants understand this represents a best practices approach used by thousands of organizations

      • To understand what tools are available to identify, manage and address people issues during change

      • To practice using The Change Readiness Audit

      • Introduction to other tools, such as Leadership Alignment Assessment, Key Messages Worksheet, CRA, Commitment Assessment, and more

    • Wrap - Up

      • To make personal commitments to using what participants have learned

    Annie Ayvazian has over 14 years of experience across a broad range of human resource disciplines. She is skilled at assessing organizations, designing systems, and determining solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

    Annie is an energetic leader with the capability of utilizing skills and experience to unleash the potential of individuals, teams, and organizations. Key competencies are Human Resource Management, Change Management (including communication strategy and tactics), Project Management, Systems Design/Implementation, Organizational Assessments.
