    J. Kent Crawford

    Kent Crawford is CEO of PM Solutions, the leader in applying strategy execution processes to drive operational efficiency. His experience spans more than thirty-five years; he has been responsible for the functional design, systems requirements and implementation of integrated project management systems for Global 1000 organizations.

    Kent is the Former President and Chair of the Project Management Institute (PMI®). A PMI Fellow, prolific speaker, and advocate of the profession, his book, "The Strategic Project Office: A Guide to Improving Organizational Performance" won the David I. Cleland Project Management Literature Award from PMI. Kent has authored numerous additional project management titles.


    Brandon Ebken, CTO, Cardinal Solutions Group

    Brandon Ebken

    Brandon Ebken is CTO at Cardinal Solutions Group - a 400+ person, national IT solutions provider based in Cincinnati. In his role as CTO, Brandon leads the direction of Cardinal’s solution offerings, partner strategy, and key customer conversations across cloud, mobile, web, and data analytics. Much of his time is spent presenting to customers about the business value of IT solutions.

    Brandon started at Cardinal 17 years ago and has held various roles including Java/web developer, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Director of Client Services, and Chief Technology Officer. He’s a graduate of the University of Cincinnati.


    Vinit Kohli, Vice President of MIS, Sibcy Cline Inc.

    Throughout his career, Vinit has more than 22 years’ experience implementing Technology solutions to meet business objectives working with small and large organizations. Vinit has worked in creating and designing CRM tools, social media campaigns, websites, mobile apps, networking and is an expert in Project Management, Network Architecture, Vendor Management, and Information Security Management.

    Vinit holds a BA Economics from Delhi University and MBA from Northern Kentucky University. Vinit also holds Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certifications. In 2014, Venue Magazine recognized Vinit as one of the 20 honorees with an IT Leadership Award.


    Michelle Kyle, CISA, PMP, Vice President / IT Director EPMO & GRC, The Cincinnati Insurance Company

    Michelle Kyle

    Michelle Kyle is a vice president for The Cincinnati Insurance Company’s Information Technology department. Michelle has more than 25 years in the IT field, beginning her career in application development, then application development management, project and program management, and finally into portfolio management, where she has focused for 15 years.

    Michelle led the transformation from an IT PMO to an Enterprise Project Management Office. She is the EPMO Director responsible for a project portfolio averaging 45 active enterprise wide projects. Michelle is a PMP® and earned a Bachelors in Information Systems from the University of Cincinnati.


    Dave Voelker, Vice President, Information Technology, Ameritas

    David Voelker is passionate about delivering technology solutions that drive business results. Educated in computer science with a specialization in business applications he has a 24-year background helping insurance and financial services organization realize more value from their applications portfolio.

    David serves today as the Vice President of Information Technology at Ameritas Life Insurance where he supports the life insurance, retirement plans and broker dealer businesses. Prior to Ameritas David spent 20 years in a variety of technology leadership roles with Fidelity Investments and Humana.


    Mike Vogel, Vice President, Information Systems, Ohio National Financial Services

    Mike Vogel

    Mike is currently responsible for IT support and services for the Disability Income and Life Strategic Business Units. During his thirty-year career at Ohio National, Mike has held a variety of positions that provided IT services for various business lines including Annuity, Corporate, Disability Income, International, Life, and Retirement Plans. Among those various business lines, he has led teams to provide IT services for all distribution channels including Banks, Career, Financial Institutions, Independent Broker Dealers, Internet, and Personal Producing General Agents. Mike has experience with all aspects of IT from architecture, financial, legal, infrastructure, help desk, and security, to application development, business analysis, portfolio management, project management, and quality assurance.

    Mike is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems. Mike also holds a Fellow, Life Management Institute certification and a Series 6 securities license.

    Frank Braun, D.M., Department of Business Informatics Chair, Northern Kentucky University

    Frank Braun

    Prior to joining the faculty at NKU, Frank Braun held IT executive level positions with United Dairy Farmers, TouchScreen Systems, and Klosterman Baking Company and was the general manager for the IBM North America Technology Asset Management and Evaluation Program Logistics Center.

    He earned his Doctorate degree in Management from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. Frank was also a research fellow in the Program for Research in Information Management at the University Of Amsterdam School of Business and the Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University. His research interests include project leadership, knowledge management, organizational resiliency and entrepreneurship. Frank enjoys teaching graduate level courses in information security governance, informatics strategic leadership, and business analytics.
