Chapter Training

    In an increasingly projectized world, PMI's Project Management Professional (PMP®) and other PMI certification ensures that the Project Mangers meets the demands and understand the core processes and skills of project management.

    To help you pass various PMI certification examinations successfully, the PMI Southwest Ohio chapter offers preparation classes for PMP®, CAPM®, PMI-ACP®, PMI-RMP®, and PMI-PgMP®. These certifications make a big difference in your project delivery, next annual review, job searches and many more.

    The classes are intended to be a series of core processes review sessions in project management. The objective of these classes to assist the candidate in preparing for the certification exam and go through the entire recommended knowledge areas defined in PMI's Guide of the respective subjects. Candidates should have some experience in project management prior to attending these classes.

    Instructors: Our Southwest Ohio Chapter will help you in this process of certification. We have a team of well experienced and certified professional’s instructors. Our instructors are motivated volunteers and are selected based on their dynamics, communication and presentation abilities.

    Offering: Our Southwest Ohio Chapter offers two classes every year.

    • Winter Prep classes are offered between mid January to the end of February every Saturday from 8am-4pm for five Saturdays.
    • Fall Prep classes are offered between September and October every Thursday from 6:30pm-10pm for ten Thursdays. 
    • We provide books, materials, and CDs for preparation
    • We serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and drinks as per the class season (winter/fall)
    • You will earn the required credit for the respective certification
