    This overview provides an introduction to Agile Service Management - the application and integration of agile thinking into service management processes and process design projects. Agile thinking improves IT’s effectiveness and efficiency and enables IT to continue to deliver value in the face of changing requirements.

    Judy M. Sanker, PMP ITIL Expert, DevOps, Certified Agile SM, CPDE, PRINCE2 Practitioner, ISO20K Consultant/Manager. Since December 2012, Judy has been sharing her knowledge, experience, and expertise as an Independent trainer and consultant. As a Project Management Professional (PMP) and PRINCE2 Practitioner, she provides experienced training and consultancy in Project Management. She is an ITIL Expert and also certified as an instructor as Certified Process Design Engineer, DevOps Foundation, Certified Agile Service Manager, PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner. Judy gives back to the industry as an active member of the SW Ohio Chapter of PMI and is the MEGA Event IT Framework Track Chair. She is active in the IT Service Management Forum Ohio Valley Local Interest Group, as a presenter and past-President, and at the USA Chapter level as an ITSMF USA presenter and Fusion Track Chair for the past 3 years. Judy is a member of the DevOps Board of Regents, helping to provide insights to this important cultural movement.

    Judy has more than 28 years of industry experience. In July 2012, she retired from Procter & Gamble's Global Business Services, IT Development and Operations department. During her career at P&G, Judy held various ITSM and PM roles and responsibilities for managing the operations of 100+ R&D and engineering, legal, intellectual property and executive applications.  She co-lead a team to design and implement Service Transition best practices for Always ON services that resulted in higher quality, availability and performance of business processes while lowering total cost of ownership, increased flow of work between Dev and Ops with positive ROI.

    Judy was a distinguished member of an elite team of six individual professionals inducted into the "CIO Circle" and led the ITSM Competency Program, ensuring sufficiency requirements for P&G IT employees. She managed wicked problems associated with delivering and supporting services for P&G’s Global Business Services, executing outsourcing, offshoring and governance strategies for P&G’s vital business applications across multiple partners’ delivery while aligning with changing needs of global customers.
