    Track 2 – Technical
    Enhance your tool belt, explore Agile techniques, Transformation from Waterfall to Agile, Performance management. This track seeks to embrace the PMI Talent Triangle point of view that Technical Skills bring Domain Expertise into focus. This track often has special focus relevant to specific certifications such as our agile certification, the PMI-ACP.

    Track 3 – Strategic & Business Management
    Dynamic, innovative, and effective strategies designed to make your project a success. This track seeks to embrace the PMI Talent Triangle point of view that project management helps to focus Business Oriented Skills. This track applies to all certifications.

    Track 4 – Business Management (Bonus Track)
    Be inspired by local leaders in the community, hear their stories of success and learn from their mistakes. Local leaders in this track typically demonstrate expertise in many areas of the Talent Triangle!
