    Summit 18 Tracks

    Track #1: LEADERSHIP
Successful project management requires leadership skills. Do you want to gain a competitive advantage? Are you looking to lead and develop teams? Come to Summit ’18 and learn how leaders ignite commitment and success!

Project management demands a methodical knowledge that can be applied to planning and implementing projects. Come learn from successful practitioners how to enhance your tool belt! Explore Agile, the transformation from Waterfall to Agile, and performance management!

PMI emphasizes that strategic and industry knowledge, when combined with an entrepreneurial spirit, improves project implementation and corporate results. Join us in April to learn how to be dynamic, innovative, and implement effective strategies designed to make your project a success!

Are you in touch with the activities associated with running a company, such as controlling, leading, monitoring, organizing, and planning? PMI defines business management as the organization and coordination of business activities employed to achieve defined objectives. Come to Summit 18 and be inspired by leaders from different backgrounds as they discuss what it’s like having been through the crucible of leading projects! Listen to their stories of success, and learn from their mistakes!

Why should you sponsor? PMISWOhio creates a two-day annual event for project managers throughout the Southwest Ohio professional community. Both days are packed with exciting keynotes, engaging workshops, educational opportunities, and an outstanding chance for PMs to network with both each other and leaders within the business community. This is also an important event for certified PMPs to earn the PDU credits essential to maintaining their certification. Your sponsorship helps make all of this possible! It also provides your company an opportunity to advertise to hundreds of the best project management resources in the region!
