PRESENTATION: Transformation to Agile

This presentation’s theme is on how to produce an effective project management transformation from a traditional approach to one that is sustainable as an adaptive model for project management. The presentation identifies the gap between agile and its predictive partner model for project management and the definition of transformation. It declares that this is a significant cultural change and that it requires strong unfaltering leadership who value learning, improving, and building an engaged and empowered workforce. The results are worth the effort, but the journey can be challenging. In order to understand the requirements to achieve a successful implementation of Agile, I will propose that you follow the steps which are promoted by the Scaled Agile Framework Community encapsulated as follows:

1. Embrace a Lean–Agile mindset
2. Build a Foundation by “doing” Agile
3. Develop a Vision with a Strong Coalition
4. Follow a SAFe 4 Roadmap
5. Leading the Change and Measure the Benefits
