For 20 years I have helped organizations seeking Business Agility. I've seen the successes, and have the scars from learning opportunities with clients too. One key truth we've found is that you haven't really started the Agile journey until you begin the Project-to-Product shift. We will walk through why this shift is so crucial, how to prepare for it, and how to follow it through to the successful conclusion of becoming a more Agile organization. To do so, we will introduce a model that enables organizations to simplify their journey to focus on business outcomes and the key capabilities that matter most. Join us to gain exposure to a pragmatic Business Agility model that can aid PMs in advancing their organizations, and their careers.
This is at the intersect of Business Acumen and Ways of Working, supported by Power Skills through Agile capabilities.
Attendees will learn:
- Definition of business agility
- Basic understanding of the components of the AgileOS Business Agility model
