We went into the 2025 PMI Summit with a clear goal: elevate the experience and expand our reach to local project managers. Our North Star is to be the “leading edge” for staying current—practical, job-relevant learning you can use right away, plus PDUs and real connections with peers and local leaders. This year, we delivered on that promise.

Based directly on prior-year feedback, we made targeted upgrades that drove more value for attendees:

• More meaningful networking with extended lunch time to connect, swap lessons learned, and build your local PM community
• More market-relevant content with a strong project management + AI focus to help you stay competitive as roles evolve
• A stronger start to the day with breakfast included to make arrival, settling in, and connecting easier
• A more engaging atmosphere by adding music to set the vibe and bring energy that elevated the overall experience
• A more accessible investment—a more holistic experience at a lower price point

We also heard the “keep improving” message loud and clear. Even with a 37% survey response rate, the feedback gave us actionable themes we’re already working into next year’s planning—refining the flow of the day, improving the food experience, creating even more time for connection, and adding deeper core project management skill-building sessions that strengthen the fundamentals while keeping pace with what’s next.
