As current Vice President of Administration for PMI SWO, Stefan Urbanek, MBA, PMP, bring proven leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement skills to the chapter. With a CAPM certification, an MBA in Project Management and Strategic Innovation, and experience managing multi-phase, cross-functional projects, he's demonstrated the ability to drive organizational value. His work optimizing project workflows, reducing costs, and leading successful initiatives across industries reflects my dedication to servant leadership and chapter growth. He is committed to further advancing PMI SWO's mission and community impact as President Elect. As President Elect, Stefan intends to build on our chapter’s momentum by fostering stronger member engagement, further expanding partnerships with local businesses and universities, and enhancing the visibility of PMI SWO’s value to our professional community. As a licensed attorney with a background in tax compliance and a strong interest in project management, Steven Roell, CAPM, brings a unique blend of precision, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of governance to the role of Vice President of Administration. Having recently earned both the Google Project Management Certificate and the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®),he is eager to apply these skills to a real-world leadership context. He would love to contribute to the growth and effectiveness of the PMI Southwest Ohio Chapter, and he sees this role as a meaningful opportunity to support the board, ensure continuity, and help maintain excellent chapter documentation and operations. Lydia Sites has been in IT since 2003 in various positions including Administrative, Hands-on and Project Management. Her Bachelors is in Technical Management with a focus on Networking. Lydia's career in IT started at a local non-profit. Aside from Server and Network administration tasks, she wrote policies, created and managed technical onboarding and created training materials for new tech rollouts. Lydia is passionate about leveraging tech and AI tools to improve daily and chapter operations. Her background includes quite a few new technology rollouts for both technical and non-technical people. In her experience, the key to successful rollouts is understanding current use, business/chapter needs and goals to determine the appropriate implementation and rollout strategy. Her goal in this role would be to help SWOH continue to be a tech and digital forward Organization so that we can widen our availability and accessibility to current and potential members. |

Katice (Kat) Campen, CAPM, currently serves as the AVP of Administration for the PMI Southwest Ohio Chapter, supporting board operations, and co-facilitates the chapter’s book club to help drive member engagement and professional development. Professionally, Katice serves as the Healthcare Senior Project Coordinator at KFI Engineers, where she leads cross-departmental initiatives, manages client-facing communications, and supports internal alignment efforts. Additionally, Katice previously held leadership roles at Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams, coordinating and managing retail expansion projects across multiple markets. Across both roles, she has demonstrated the ability to manage operations, build engagement, and communicate with purpose. Kat's professional experience involves aligning systems, people, and messaging across departments, and she is eager to bring that perspective to this role. As someone with a solid background in project coordination and communication strategy, She sees the VP of Marketing role as a vital leadership position—one that shapes how we connect with members, partners, and the project management community. |

Sharline has already served two years as Chapter VP of Outreach and has generously decided to stay in the role for another year. |
