I look forward to this three-year leadership journey and serving the SW Ohio PMI community.

She specializes in AI adoption, organizational change, and leadership development, and serves as AVP of Professional Development for the PMI Southwest Ohio Chapter. Michelle is passionate about helping organizations turn strategy into measurable results by building the leadership capabilities, culture, and practical AI skills needed to thrive in a rapidly changing workplace.

Jennifer Goosman, PMP | Project Management & Marketing Professional
Qualifications Jennifer Goosman, PMP, is a project management and marketing professional with a background spanning project operations, communications, training, team leadership, sales, and creative marketing. Throughout her career, she has focused on bringing people, ideas, and strategy together to create experiences that are engaging, organized, and results-driven.
Intentions As VP of Marketing, Jennifer hopes to continue strengthening PMI Southwest Ohio's visibility throughout the region while expanding the chapter's reach beyond traditional project management audiences. Her goals include creating a more cohesive and recognizable chapter brand, increasing engagement through digital and social media, developing stronger partnerships with local businesses and professional organizations, and finding creative ways to communicate the value of project management to both established professionals and those just discovering the field.
She believes marketing should do more than promote events. It should build community, create connection, and help people see where they belong.
