Summit 2025 - Call For Speakers
PMI Southwest Ohio and Dayton/Miami Valley Chapters are in the planning stages of our annual Summit. This year we are fortunate to again partner with the University of Cincinnati's Carl H Lindner School of Business. Summit 2025 will be held at UC Lindner on Saturday, November 8, 2025 and our theme is Crafting the Future: Business AI Success Strategies. Speakers, submit your proposal and help us prepare for another fun in-person event in Cincinnati, Ohio! Submissions are open until Friday, August 1, 2025.
We are seeking innovative, engaging speakers to share how AI is transforming project management—across industries and within specific sectors. AI is exploding, and many of us are actively experimenting and learning how to bring it into our work. If you're finding success or pioneering new approaches, we want to hear your story.
Whether your experience involves cross-industry breakthroughs, sector-specific applications, or strategic integration of AI into project delivery, your insights can help others navigate this evolving space. Presentations should align with PMI’s Talent Triangle—to help today’s project managers stay current, relevant, and ready for what’s next.

- Deadline to submit is August 1, 11:59 pm ET
- PMI Chapters do not cover travel or hotel expenses for presenters
- Summit is on Saturday, November 8, at UC’s Carl H Lindner School of Business
- Lead presenters receive a complimentary registration, and co-presenters will receive a discounted registration
