Organizations still don’t understand organizational transformation. It’s why over 70% of large-scale transformations fail. Let’s support individuals and companies in the operational and cultural revolution they need:

  • In 2018, organizations wasted $900 billion in digital transformation efforts alone. We’re expected to be a part of the change. Help companies keep up and leap forward.
  • Transformation isn’t just a C-suite conversation. It’s a company-wide mindset shift. Get involved and rally our teams.
  • Transformation efforts today are more likely to fail than succeed. They must start from start from the inside with changemakers like us and our members.
  • 85% of employees globally are disengaged at work. And no outside consultant can galvanize our teams like the people inside our own companies already.
