The Market’s Demanding Transformation Skills - We have a chance now to get started, learn and grow together without the restrictions of geographic bounds:
Organizations still don’t understand organizational transformation. It’s why over 70% of large-scale transformations fail. Let’s support individuals and companies in the operational and cultural revolution they need:
- In 2018, organizations wasted $900 billion in digital transformation efforts alone. We’re expected to be a part of the change. Help companies keep up and leap forward.
- Transformation isn’t just a C-suite conversation. It’s a company-wide mindset shift. Get involved and rally our teams.
- Transformation efforts today are more likely to fail than succeed. They must start from start from the inside with changemakers like us and our members.
- 85% of employees globally are disengaged at work. And no outside consultant can galvanize our teams like the people inside our own companies already.
Occurs the 4th Wednesday monthly from May thru December 2021. Register for one or all of the events in this series. If in the past, register for the series in order to access past recordings. Free for Regional Chapter Members, Guests are $10 per session (discounted to $50 for full series).
