Keynote: Tahirou Assane Oumarou - Director of the Brightline Initiative
Tahirou Assane Oumarou has over 15 years of experience in leadership roles, civil engineering, strategy, transformation, and project management. As Director of the Brightline Initiative, Tahirou oversees the activities under the three benefit pillars of thought and practice leadership, networking, and capability building.
From 2013 to 2017, Tahirou worked as the deputy director of infrastructure and project management group in the United Nations Office for Project Services supporting the successful implementation of peacebuilding, humanitarian, and development projects around the world.
Prior to the United Nations, Tahirou was a senior project manager with the Ministry of Transportation in Ontario where he provided technical capabilities and expertise to ensure excellence in the delivery of complex highway projects with multi-disciplinary teams.
Konstantin Popov, MBA, PMP
Over the course his career Konstantin had a variety of positions in Project Portfolio Management focusing on delivering complex capital projects, building traditional PMO and LACE organization, and developing talent. At the core of his success is practical experience delivering results - Starting from where we are, only action, results and learning can convert vision and possibility to achievement- from possible, to probable, to done.
Recently Konstantin led Chevron Cloud Readiness Acceleration and Digital Enablement program introducing a holistic approach to Business Agility powered by the Scaled Agile Framework, global ecosystem of partners, world leading automation and DevOps practices, software engineering and cloud org capability.
By using this infrastructure re-platforming event as opportunity for modernization, digital enablement and automation Konstantin delivered the foundation that enabled Chevron's enterprise-wide transformation to pivot from traditional organizational design to use of Digital Platforms in which business and IT folks are working together to deliver value.
Maxim is a graduate of University of California, Davis with a diverse background of engineering and Agile project management. Engineering taught Max to be adaptable while Agile channeled that adaptability to become a leader in any digital transformation. Since 2015, Max has helped lead the Agile transformation within a Fortune 10 Company and revolutionized its IT by introducing a holistic approach to Business Agility using SAFe, world leading Automation and DevOps practices, software engineering, and Cloud organizational capability. Max joined Vincerion in January 2020 as a Digital Transformation Consultant assisting other enterprises achieve their digital goals.
Mohammad is a Digital Consultant [SPC 5.0] with 7+ years practicing lean agile, supporting business transformation from software projects to product and service offerings within the Energy industry. With a passion and focus on cost controls and adoption of lean agile budgeting practices to support digital transformation, he has built complex budget planning and monitoring solutions that integrate into any development environment. Mohammad also has extensive experience in building customer centric product roadmaps through various design thinking workshops.
