“What’s in your Toolbox?” takes an interactive and pragmatic view at improving many of the tools you use on a daily basis. You’ll be encouraged to dust off a few tools you may not have used lately by applying some new ideas, best practices, and lessons learned. Facilitated by Jeff Hollowell, Project Engineer at Leonardo DRS.
The presentation has been tailored to cover the most relevant of 70 tools we’ve identified that are spread across the five project management phases. These tools range from taking an expanded view of SWOT analysis and risk register, to implementing EVM on small projects, to making more effective use of your RAILs. Our goal is for you to come away with several ideas to implement immediately to improve your project management effectiveness.
