Spend your lunchtime learning about local projects and finding out about our PMI community in Southwest Ohio. Our PMI Southwest Ohio Chapter's own, Jake Stewart was the Project Manager for a subcontractor (Stanton Millworks) on the Cincinnati Zoo Marketplace renovation project. He will be highlighting this project that included remodeling the old 3D theater building.
The scope included the addition of sales casework and counters, hanging bamboo “clouds”, retail fixtures, an indoor bar, and exterior drink rails. This project incorporated red oak lumber that was harvested from a 200-year-old tree that died on the zoo property several years ago.
