Thought Leader in Project Management, Agile, and Benefits Realization

The Next Iteration of Project Management

In this presentation – we will look into the next type of Project Manager / BA. The existing environment is Agile centric with many dots of methodology, practices, planning approaches, and ways to measure progress. Let’s call that the end of the Agile Dynasty. The new environment is going to be even more engaged in value driven design, almost exclusively implement hybrid methodologies, will be principles driven, and will require a much more diverse skill set driven by Emotional and Cultural Intelligence. Let us morph into the next generation of project manager and look at all the changes as we connect the “dots” of this new “Infinite Flow” Dynasty.

Technical Project Management PDU: 1

  • The participant will be able to define the aspects of Infinite Flow and how it will work with Minimal Business Increments, delivery methodology, and overall business disruption.
  • The participant will be able to demonstrate the importance of the project manager as the “connective tissue” to help all stakeholders under the dots and how to connect them.
