Be Agile Do Agile Workshop Series: Engaging Your Team; Leadership, Teamwork, and Roles

These six sessions will cover three on "Big A" agile - understanding and practicing an agile mindset and three on doing "Little A" agile - using the techniques and metrics to perform agile. The material comes from many different agile approaches and is combined into an agnostic framework that people using any agile approach can find useful.

This is a six-session series. All sessions will be recorded and provided to registrants in addition to receiving a copy of Tim's ebook, Be Agile Do Agile.

Tim Kloppenborg, PMP, ACP, DASSM

Scrum Master for Heritage Center Arboretum

Tim serves as Scrum Master for the Heritage Center Arboretum. He is a Professor Emeritus from Xavier University and has written 13 books dealing with leadership and project management including his latest, Be Agile Do Agile. Tim has worked in manufacturing, quality, construction, and research, and is a retired U.S.A.F. Reserve officer. He holds Ph.D. in Operations Management from the University of Cincinnati. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP), an Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), and a Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM).

Vittal Anantatmul has taught graduate level courses in classroom, online, and hybrid modes at four universities. He's provided PM and KM related training in the US, Japan, and India and has published approximately 80 journal articles, books and book chapters,. presented over 50 papers at international conferences and PMI Chapters. In addition, he's guided about ten PhD students globally.
