ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Lora Niazov has been in project management for over 2 decades, she is certified in Lean Six Sigma and has received her PMP. Lora’s background is in Clinical Operations, Software Development and departmental leadership. Lora has been working at University Hospitals for the last 7 years, currently she is the Director of the Enterprise Program Management Office, overseeing over 120 projects throughout the organization, including IT, Strategic Planning, Clinical Operations, Finance and Construction.
