Why a Digital Value Management System (DVMS) is Fundamental to Project and Program Management Success

This discussion brings together a wealth of insights and perspectives, each addressing the project and program manager’s crucial role in a Digital Value Management System program.

As cloud services are revolutionizing the creation and management of digital infrastructure, a Digital Value Management System (DVMS) is transforming how organizations deliver trusted and resilient digital outcomes. To ensure effective cybersecurity projects, managers must grasp organizational intricacies and dependencies, including those within business supply chains.

The Digital Value Management multi-dimensional roadmap describes the organizational aspects that break down siloes, support transparency, enable the identification and closing of performance gaps, address organizational culture, and more.

Experienced project and program managers can help ensure that projects are not only on time and budget but also deliver the trusted and resilient digital outcomes that clients and regulators expect.
