In My Shoes: Women Leading the Agile Future
Did you know that women are more likely to be using agile and hybrid approaches in their project management practice? (PMI, 2023). In My Shoes is a unique panel format session designed to engage the audience and dive in-depth into a topic. Hosted by two of PMI’s Women in Project Management special interest group, who are both agile practitioners, this panel promises to be insightful and informative. In this session, we will discuss power skills that enhance your agile leadership; discuss the pathway to gender parity in the field; and talk about ways to get started or support your peers who are pursuing agile careers. Attendees will walk away with practical tips for getting started in digital or green careers, favoring agile project management.
