The Agile Enterprise - Ethics as the foundation of Agility
Following the success of Agile frameworks in new application development, many organisations are considering using Agile practices in other areas of the organisation. Project Management Offices and Project Managers are not only interested in Agile. Still, they are also some of the best champions of transitioning from traditional practices to an adaptive approach that delivers value to organisations.
Scaling Agile, from a small team of developers to a project level or Business units with hundreds of employees, requires changes in the organisation's culture. Agile frameworks emerged as an option for project delivery. Although a step forward from Agile frameworks created in the last century, like Scrum, those approaches are missing an important component: ethics, assuming that it is part of the Agile mindset.
