In this 60-minute webinar, we explore how Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) can be used to connect project delivery with strategic outcomes. Participants will learn the fundamentals of OKRs, how to distinguish outcomes from outputs, and how to identify meaningful outcomes for their projects. We will show how OKRs support value tracking through stakeholder-aligned metrics and iterative learning cycles. Finally, we’ll demonstrate how OKRs can be applied coherently across strategy, portfolio, program, and project levels.
