Dave Davis, PMP, PgMP, PMI-PBA, PMI-ACP, DASSM, CSM, ATP

Project & Program Management Leader
Dave Davis is a recognized professional and practitioner in project and program management, leadership, change management, and business acumen. As a “Trail Blazer” and “Thought Leader” at PMI, Dave co-chaired the development of the PMI Business Analyst Practice Guide, advised on the creation of PMI Communities of Practice, and coached to promote skills and competencies for the modern project professional. Dave has held various roles, including PMO Director, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Functional Manager, Process Owner, Change Manager, Scrum Master, and Product Owner. At a major hospital organization, Dave served as a Change Manager, implementing WorkDay and transforming the entire HR process. He applied Discipline Agile principles to enhance the EPMO capability in a major healthcare organization. Recently, Dave mentored a University of Dayton IT Capstone Project for graduating seniors. Currently, he is a Senior Program Manager at Cincinnati Children’s Health, developing a Resource / Capacity Management Process. Additionally, he serves as VP of Outreach for the Dayton Miami Valley PMI Chapter and is a member of the PMI PMO GA Strategic Vision Team.
