Thought Leader in Project Management and PMO Coaching
Dave is a recognized practitioner in project and program management, leadership, change management, and business acumen. A "Trail Blazer" and "Thought Leader" at PMI, Dave co-chaired development of the PMI Business Analyst Practice Guide, advised on PMI Communities of Practice, and coached project professionals to build modern skills and competencies. Over his career, Dave held roles spanning PMO Director, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Change Manager, Scrum Master, and Product Owner. He recently guided a major healthcare provider in designing an enterprise AI strategy and implementing Agentic AI capabilities, authoring the Request for Proposal to secure an Enterprise Agentic Orchestration Platform for autonomous, multi-system workflows. Now retired from corporate work, Dave teaches AI Literacy for Seniors and delivers workshops and webinars for project managers. Holding PMI's prestigious CPMAI certification, he helps audiences build a practical understanding of AI—clarifying the problem to solve, aligning stakeholders, and connecting AI opportunities to measurable impact. Dave also serves as VP of Outreach for the Dayton/Miami Valley PMI Chapter.
