R4OT - Finance and Capitalization in an Agile World

Over the last 15 years the massive impact of Agile on the IT industry has changed so much of how we engage with one another, but what about our friends in the accounting department? Has your organization shifted to Agile product development and find yourselves sticking to the same budgeting processes? With the promotion of smaller & more frequent releases of new company assets, how can we ensure our budgeting and accounting practices don’t get left behind? How can we change our capitalization and depreciation practices to ensure compliance? Please join me as I dive into the impact of Agile on organizational finance.
