R4OT - Aligning Portfolio Strategy
R4OT - Aligning Portfolio Strategy
To stay relevant and thrive in the digital age, organizations must continuously evolve and adapt to unlock true business agility. Team level frameworks and agile events are simply not enough to succeed. A common enterprise-wide Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) foundation is the key to growth, scale, and focus on value. One which is flexible enough to allow itself to adapt with the enterprise maturity as well. We will explore the structure of the common LPM foundation as well as a practical application of this foundation.
