Webinar: Agile Étude - 30 Minutes to Disciplined Agile?
Agile Études, PMI SWO May Webinar
Each month in 2020 The Southwest Ohio Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI SWO) is hosting a free webinar. This is ‘solidarity series’ for agilest project managers facing the new normal. Each month, a common agile topic will be addressed, and we will delve deeply into possible practices aligned to the mostly universally acknowledged agile principles and values. The sessions are entirely free to the first 500 registrants. Each session is eligible for one self-reported professional development unit (PDU) towards the PMP or PMI-ACP certification in the Technical category.
May Étude: 30 Minutes to Disciplined Agile?
Andy Burns is well known for fitting 30 min of content into 50 minutes and telling bad jokes. This Étude is no exception in introducing the Disciplined Agile Toolkit. Have you been left wondering how to start being agile by vague instructions on how to do Scrum? Have you been oppressed by heavyweight frameworks and the Agile Industrial Complex telling you how to ‘do agile?’ Trying to reach Business Agility but not dealing with strictly Software Engineering, or software at all? This Étude is for you!
PMI’s Disciplined Agile believes Choice is Good, Context Counts, and Scrum Masters need to be ready to help Teams choose their way of working to be truly Enterprise Aware. Come and learn about a toolkit curated to support multiple frameworks and provide depth and experience so you can excel at providing Guided Continuous Improvement to lead in scaling agile! Learn about Disciplined Agile Certifications in this session from a fellow often called certifiable!
