Mitzi Pendergrass is a career banker, marketer, entrepreneur and the founder of Eclipse Bank, a full-service community bank in Louisville, Ky and Aquila CX, a customer experience advisory firm. Mitzi develops business strategies to improve employee and customer engagement resulting in long-term growth and greater customer and employee loyalty. She is also a career coach with Promark, a career transition, leadership and executive coaching firm located in Cincinnati.

Marlene Wamsley, Practice Lead for Career Transition at Promark Company, a Career Partners International firm. Marlene has been with Promark for 3 years. Prior to Promark, Marlene worked for Fidelity Investments for 29 years. Her experience with managing people and mentoring at all levels allows her to bring strong relationship building coaching and a caring attitude to her work. During her career she has coached mid-level leaders, front-line managers, and many associates looking to improve, grow and develop their skills.

John Reynolds is the Senior Manager of Talent Management for CBTS – Technology Solutions for Business (IT Delivery arm of Cincinnati Bell). He did his undergraduate studies in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati and has been with the organization for 14 years. John and his team have built dozens of IT Solutions Practice Areas as well as Enterprise class PMO Delivery Centers.
