Diversity & Inclusion Workshop - PMI Hudson Valley Chapter
Do you understand unconsciuos bias and how it affects your communication? Are you aware of your cultural intelligence? Diversity & Incusion are key topics for success in both business and our personal lives.
Join the Hudson Valley Chapter for a one-day interactive workshop to learn more about these and other topics. Our workshop will be led by Alan Richter, President of New York Based QED Consulting. The workshop will be held virtually over Zoom. The Zoom meeting invitation will be sent prior to the meeting. PMI Southwest Ohio Chapter Members may attend at the Member Rate. This work will cover a range of Diversity & Inculsion topics including Unconscious Bias (UB), Inclusive Leadership competencies and cultural intelligence.
Two online assessments, the Global Diversity Survey & the Implicit Association Test will be included as pre-work to the workshop. Capacity: 50
