Spend your lunchtime learning about local projects and finding out about our PMI community in Southwest Ohio. 

Avenues for Success® is an educational program that provides extended learning opportunities, both before and after school, for students from Kindergarten through 12th grade in the Norwood City School District. Each of the 5 schools in the district is unique because of student demographics, academic performance, social emotional skills, and parent involvement. The program involves stakeholders ranging from the students themselves to teachers, district administrators, parents, program partners , and state level administrators. This nonprofit organization collaborates with several community‑based organizations to provide services with the goal of long-term sustainability. Come hear about the journey of an educator starting, growing, and maintaining this program for the last 16 years and adapting to changing environments along the way.
