OVERVIEW
You are a Project Manager, not a lawyer, but both external and internal contracts have huge impacts in the success of your project. This brief, online session will examine some key components to managing contracts for your project, including:
- Risk ownership – which party owns what risks? What are the trade-offs for reducing risk?
- Contract timing – what can I do to reduce review time for my Legal Dept?
- Common “Gotchas” – your counselor knows what’s legal, but maybe not what’s best for your project.
This program is 6 PM - 8PM. 6:00 – 6:30 PM is reserved for social/chapter updates with the session and follow up Q&A beginning at 6:30 PM.
