AI Agents in a Business Ecosystem

Ways of Working

Part 1: AI Agents in a Business Ecosystem

Learn what AI agents are, how they differ from chatbots and automation, where they fit within a business ecosystem, and why they matter for modern project delivery. Participants explore PM use cases where AI agents can improve effectiveness while still requiring human oversight.

Practice: Map one project process and identify what a human does, what a system does, where an AI agent could assist, and where human review should remain.

Career value: Build the business language and AI fluency that helps project managers contribute more strategically.

ABOUT THE SERIES

AI Agents for Project Managers: From Awareness to Application

Future-proof your project management career by learning how to work with AI agents—not just talk about them.

In a changing work environment, project managers who understand how AI fits into business and project delivery will be better positioned to stay relevant, increase their value, and lead more strategically. This 4-part virtual series helps participants build practical AI fluency, explore n8n, and apply AI agent concepts to real project management work. The series is designed as four 60-minute virtual sessions for project managers, PMO professionals, program managers, project leads, and business professionals, with 10–50 participants per session and an interactive, demo-based, practice-oriented format.

AUDIENCE
Project managers, PMO professionals, program managers, project leads, and business professionals who want practical exposure to AI agents and n8n.

WHY ATTEND
AI is changing how work gets done. Project managers who can understand, evaluate, and apply AI responsibly will stand out.

This series helps participants:

  • build practical understanding of AI agents in project environments
  • gain hands-on exposure to n8n workflows
  • practice designing and testing PM-focused use cases
  • strengthen confidence in discussing AI-enabled project leadership
  • develop skills that support both current job performance and career advancement

KEY TAKEAWAY
Participants leave with practical concepts, hands-on experience, and a clearer view of how AI agents can support project work while preserving human oversight. They also gain language and examples they can use in their current role and in future career conversations. The optional capstone asks participants to identify one real PM process, one AI agent they could build now, one workflow it would support, one required human checkpoint, one success metric, and one risk to manage.
