He has more than 35 years of experience in deploying Enterprise Class Applications for Sales, Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Engineering Organizations, all highly dependent on user adoption. He has led global programs that include multiple teams, consultants, and external suppliers, keeping all focused-on results and adoption using collaborative servant leadership styles.
