LaTosha Ward is a distinguished strategist and a highly sought-after speaker, renowned for her expertise in AI, Machine Learning, innovation, Agility, and Leadership Development. As the Chief Strategy Officer of BID - Business & Individual Development, she brings over two decades of experience in Agile and Project Management. LaTosha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, a Mini-MBA in Organizational Leadership, and is set to complete her MBA in December 2024. She is also a Certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) and the author of two courses, “Knowing Your Customer” and “Who Is Your Internal and External Customer?”.
