Dr. Priya Bains

Dr. Priya Bains is the Director of Decision Strategy at Strategic Think Systems, with a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She specializes in creativity and innovation, leadership, virtual teams, and productivity. Dr. Bains' expertise lies in developing strategies to optimize organizational performance and decision-making processes.

Charlie Slaven is a Great Game of Business Certified Coach and a Scaling Up Certified Coach. He is currently the Senior Advisor for Strategic Projects at Kaivac, Inc. Kaivac is a highly innovative manufacturer of commercial cleaning equipment based in Hamilton, Ohio where he leads various projects. Previously, he was a Professor of Practice at Northern Kentucky University where he taught in the College of Informatics. Charlie was the Senior Lead Consultant leading process and project management practices for two consulting and training firms. As Lean Director for The Christ Hospital, he led the lean initiatives for the hospital network. As a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt at The Kroger Company, he did much of the training and project work.

Charlie started his career in public accounting as a CPA and Senior Consultant. He led quality practices worldwide for a software company. Charlie is known as an excellent speaker, trainer, and subject matter expert. He has over 40 years of experience in accounting, information technology, software development, call center operations, higher education, project management, quality management, sales, consulting, manufacturing, retail, insurance, training, and financial auditing. Charlie has designed, developed, and conducted many training courses on a variety of topics, and he produced excellent results on those training and consulting engagements in an international arena.
