What time does registration start?

Registration begins at 7:30 AM.

Can I register the day of the conference?

Yes you can! Feel free to register the morning before Summit either at home or on site. Need assistance? Ask the volunteers at registration!

Where do I park?

Parking for the Lindner College of Business is located next to the building in the Campus Green Garage (Address: Campus Green Garage, 2935 Campus Green Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45221). Grab a ticket prior to parking. At registration you will receive a voucher to use as payment when you leave. Insert the parking ticket, then the voucher when you exit. Where do I check in after I arrive?

There will be signage and student volunteers available to direct you to the Lindner Atrium to register. No ID or proof is registration is needed to check in.

Will food be provided?

Lunch will be served between 12:00 –12:50 PM. There will also be a reception for attendees after the afternoon keynote beginning at 4:00 PM. In addition, the Lindner Atrium has a Starbucks for coffee and snack purchases all day, including breakfast.

How will I get PDUs for the sessions that I'm not able to attend?

All sessions will be available on-demand online for 30 days once posted after Summit. Any sessions you miss will be viewable after Nov. 19th. We will be sending communications out when they are available. You will earn up to 15 PDUs between the sessions you attend and the sessions you view at a later date.

To claim your earned PDUs for watching recorded sessions after the live event, the claim codes for each session will be included at the end of each recording.

 

How many PDUs will I get if I am a volunteer?

1 hour of volunteer time = 1 PDU. You will self-report this.

What should I do if there is an emergency on site?

Call 9-1-1 in any emergency while on campus. Calling 9-1-1 will also alert Campus security immediately.

I am attending Summit virtually. What if I experience issues getting connected?

An email with the links will have been sent to all registrants by Friday, November 15.

That email contains links to all 3 tracks (each track has its own link). On Saturday morning, November 16, simply click the link for the track/session you would like to attend, and the browser will automatically open your video player. Note that this link will work for the live stream on the day of the event only. There won't be any capability to rewind or fast forward during the live event.

For on-demand videos after Summit, a separate link will be provide to all attendees shortly after the event has concluded. The recorded sessions will show a listing of the chapters and allows you to click on one to jump to it.
